POSITION:                         Veterans Peer Support Specialist

WORKSITE:                         Pulaski County

DEGREE/CREDENTIALS:      HS/GED and being retired from military or having military experience. Also,                                                  having or have had severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder and is                                              receiving or has received treatment for said diagnosis.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:           Regular Full Time

SKILLS:                                 To provide activities and skills training necessary to allow service members,                                                  veterans, and their families with mental illness or co-occurring mental illness                                                and substance use disorders to live with maximum independence in the                                                        community.
