Position: Site Manager

Employment type: Regular Full-Time

Credentials: High school diploma, GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field preferred.  One year full-time experience working with youth who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder, or co-occurring disorder, management and supervisory experience.

Special skills: The manager of each Sapling Center Site is responsible for all operational aspects of the center, including but not limited to staff performance management, overseeing timesheets and travel for each site, ordering and processing invoices, chart auditing, daily billing compliance, appropriately delegating tasks and assuring task completion, establishing and managing relationships with community partners, and outreach for the Center and the program as a whole.  The Site Manager will also work to ensure client needs are met, staff is trained as needed, the center follows the daily calendar, and all daily tasks are completed to ensure the Center is run efficiently and in compliance with KRCC and Go-Hire standards.

Primary functions:

  • Responsible for specific tasks as assigned, as well as management and supervisory responsibilities.
  • Participate in agency committees and professional organizations as required.
  • Participation in skill enhancement activities both as a participant and provider as necessary.
  • Within area of responsibility, ensure compliance with state licensure and accrediting agency requirements.
  • Provide comprehensive community support services.
  • Provide individual and group services
  • Teaching emotion regulation skills, crisis coping skills, independent living skills, and other skills as needed/identified.
  • Educate clients on community resources and how to access them.
  • Complete billing per agency.
  • Complete weekly reports.
  • Manages employees and the building.
  • Develops the monthly calendar.
  • Outreach
  • Tracks employee trainings.
  • Completes needed requests, ordering supplies for the center, and completes grocery shopping.
  • Drives transportation van.
  • Attends trainings as assigned by supervisor.
  • Answers to the assistant director of TAY services.

Shift/Days and Work Hours: Monday – Thursday, 10:00am – 8:00pm
