Digital Dimensions is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Job type:  Full-time

Expected hours per week: 30–40 hours

Weekly day range:  Monday to Friday/Weekends as needed

Hiring for Shifts:  Morning shift, Day shift, Evening shift

Pay:  From $8.00 per hour plus sales commissions paid monthly

Benefits:  Flexible schedule and Paid Sales and Customer Sales commissions

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Recommend products based on customer requirements
• Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
• Process transactions via telephone per computer systems
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• On the job training IS required for Sales Associates with paid training hours.

Experience:

• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of technical sales is advantageous
• Multilingual abilities are a bonus
