Title: Program Facilitator

Location: Haven House/Jackson, KY/Breathitt

Employment Type: Regular Full-Time

Credentials: BA/BS degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Human Services with relevant experience.

Special Skills/Knowledge Required: Conscientious, dependable, good computer skills, leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to supervise staff.

Primary Functions:

• Supervise the overall operation including supervision of staff at a homeless shelter.
• Ensure staff coverage of all shifts.
• Provide direct services to clients according to Community Support or Case Management regulations.
• Provide screening of all referrals for admission.
• Attend all required supervisory sessions.

Shift/Days & Work Hours:  Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm and ability to provide shift coverage if needed.
