·        Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team

·        Provide consultation/education/emergency services

·        Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required

·        Work with Consumer Access Specialist to ensure daily schedule is full in order to meet consumer needs and required professional time standards

·        Participate with process improvement activities as directed by program needs

·        Provide screening, assessment and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers

·        Provide individual and group counseling/therapy to consumers and families

·        Provide psychosocial evaluations

·        Provide on-call crisis services as scheduled
