POSITION:  Licensed Practical Nurse

WORKSITE:  Mt. View Health Clinic, Knott County (Emmalena, KY)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Full-Time

CREDENTIALS REQUIRED:  Valid/Active Kentucky nursing license.  Must have laboratory and specimen collection experience.  Must be able to utilize an electronic medical record.

SHIFT/DAYS & WORK HOURS:  Monday – Friday.

JOB DUTIES:

1. Work with a multi-disciplinary provider team to provide nursing care and assistance in a rural health clinic setting;
2. Collection of patient information, vitals, and labs, assists care providers as needed and directed.
