POSITION:  Kitchen Manager

WORKSITE:  SKYHope Women’s Facility (Somerset, KY)

DEGREE/CREDENTIALS:  HS/GED; to serve as point of contact for coordination and supervision of the SKYHope kitchen and assigned program participants to ensure food safety and sanitation requirements are met in daily facility operation.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Regular Full Time

SKILLS:  Have experience planning menus, ordering ingredients, and managing a team in a fast paced environment; have organizational skills; familiar with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations; be able to obtain Food Safety Handler training and license.
