POSITION:  Customer Service

WORKSITE:  Kentucky River Community Care/Breathitt County Outpatient

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:  Regular Full Time. Monday and Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm; Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:30am – 6:00pm

DEGREE/REQUIREMENTS:  High School Diploma/GED

SPECIAL SKILLS:  Knowledge of multiple computer systems and operating a multi-line phone system.

JOB DUTIES:

• Multitasking while answering a multi-line phone system.
• Scheduling appointments in an electronic medical record with several providers.
