Title:  Community Support Associate (multiple positions)

Location:  Knox County Sapling Center

Employment Type:  Regular Full-Time

Credentials:  High School Diploma/GED, or comparable educational entity.  18 years of age or older and a VALID Kentucky Driver’s license for three (3) years with an acceptable driving record.

Special Skills/Knowledge Required:  One (1) year full-time working experience with children who receive services for treatment of a mental health disorder or co-occurring disorder.

Primary Functions:

• Responsible for specific tasks as assigned.
• Participate in agency committees and professional organizations as needed.
• Participate in skill enhancement activities both as a participant and provider as necessary.
• Within area of responsibility, ensure compliance with state licensure and accrediting agency requirements.
• Provide comprehensive community support services.

Shift/Days & Work Hours:  Monday – Thursday 10:00am – 8:00pm
