Position: Community Support Associate

Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Haven House Breathitt County KY

Employment type: Regular Full-Time

Credentials: High school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience.

Special skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to use electronic medical record.

Primary functions:

• Provide direct community support services to clients in a homeless shelter setting.
• Complete documentation of services provided in the electronic medical record.
• Assist with the monitoring of activities in a homeless shelter
• Work with other staff at the shelter as part of the overall service team.

Shift/Days and Work Hours: Able to work various shifts and hours as scheduled.
