Title:  Children’s Clinician (Autism Clinic)

Location:  KRCC/ Perry OP; Hazard, KY

Employment type:  Regular Full Time

Credentials required:  LPCA, LPCC, LCSW

Special skills/knowledge required:  experience working with children on the autism spectrum.

Primary functions:

• Provide screening, assessment and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers.
• Provide individual, group and family counseling/therapy to consumers.
• Provide psychosocial evaluations.
• Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide consultation/education/emergency services.
• Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required.
