SUMMARY:Case Management - TCM Core
DESCRIPTION:This training program has been approved by the Kentucky Department for Behavioral Health\, Developmental\, and Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID). The program consists of 12 hours of core curriculum training and six hours of curriculum training covering the components of Severe Emotional Disability (SED)\, severe mental Illness (SMI)\, Substance Use Disorder (SUD)\, and Co-occurring Chronic or Physical Health Conditions. \nTraining is $ 200 USD Please use the link below to register and pay for the training. Payment is due at the time of registration. \nPLEASE NOTE: THIS TRAINING IS VIA ZOOM – A link will be emailed once registration is complete. \nSpace is Limited\, and the calendar is subject to change. \nCertificates are provided upon training completion.
