Position: Community Support Associate

Company/Location: Kentucky River Community Care/Breathitt County Health & Wellness Center

Employment type: Regular Full-Time

Credentials: High School diploma or GED with one year of full-time experience working with individuals who receive services for treatment of a behavioral health disorder .

Special skills: Conscientious, Dependable, Good computer skills, Works well with other staff, Good communication skills.

Primary functions:

• Work all assigned hours.
• Provide direct services to clients according to Community Support regulations and KRCC requirements.
• Document direct, client services in the electronic medical record.
• Attend all required supervisory sessions.

Shift/Days & Work Hours: M-F 8A-4:30P
