| Job Description | Supervise and direct all activities, services, and staff of a men\\\'s recovery program/facility including residential/housing component. |
| Qualifications | Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field preferred. Minimum of seven years experience in management and/or program administration. A relevant license or certification for degree or area of practice is required. Ability to work with persons in a manner that shows sensitivity to cultural diversity, sexual orientation, and racial/ethnic differences. If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum continuous sobriety of two years and work an active recovery program. |
